Everything was good

We had a problem with the tv it kept having pixel breaking down off and on , they came and replaced the HDMI cable , the coax cable did not fix , so they changed the cable box , did not work he even changed the tv did not solve the poblem , he said he would check further into it but did not hear back from him .

Rooms were big.

We booked because of pool and hot tub and they were closed.

It was close to the things we wanted to do and see. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The first night, we had no hot water. We told them about it the next morning and they moved us to another room. It sounded like it was a common problem. The smoking area was directly in front of the main entrance, and there was always someone there smoking. Very unpleasant smell. The landscaping around the front wasn't cared for, my first impression when we arrived was that I had chosen the wrong place to stay.

Breakfast, pool, location on East Central that took us directly to downtown, microwave and refridgerator were nice amenities.

The young woman who checked us in on the afternoon of June 1 was not personable, friendly or very helpful; there were two, this one was white with darkish blond hair. What I was paying for my room was not very clear. There were not any towel racks in the bathroom. On several occasions late at night or very early in the morning the phone rang and no one was on the line. Both key cards took 3 or 4 tries to unlock the door. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet.
