Facility pretty tired and worn, needs updating and good cleaning

It had a bed and toilet that flushed.
Screaming people fighting in the hallway all night. Heater had no function to turn itself on and off with auto and the temperature. Either blasted hot air or cold air. Impossible to regulate and sleep comfortably.

Near the balloon fiesta park and a shuttle was provided. Has a pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants. Right off the freeway!
It was a little dirty and run down. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Downstairs smelled like litter box messed with my allergies cause they allow pets. Roaches!

The location for us was great! We went to shop for both our kids back to school supplies and clothing. The shopping areas were 10-15 mins away from us. We also went to see the Planetarium/Dinosaur museum and the zoo. It was a good trip away from home for the week. The price was affordable and the room was clean and the A/C worked great!
The heat but not the hotels fault but the A/C worked great and kept our room cool throughout our stay :)

Well first when we pulled up we noticed there was trash every where don't look like they clean outside. Got our room key proceeds to walk to our room and the whole hall way smells liked dog urine. Walls dirty rooms ok bathrooms were dirty didn't look like they sweeped or mopped

Location and pool with hot tub. Hot tub was low in water. Staff was awesome. AC was great
My jetted tub did not work, shower head was coated with build up, so it didn't work properly. Big stain at bathroom thresh hold and toilet paper dispenser was filthy. Window was inoperable for fresh air.

The hall ways and the room was warm and uncomfortable. There were no elevators to accommodate me as a handicap person. The breakfast was muffins and cereal. We had to call maintenance to fix the air conditioning. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Parking spaces were small.

It was all prepackaged sugary carbs except for the apple and the waffle (not prepackaged). No protein or potatoes. A nightmare for those who can't eat wheat.

Nice suites for the price we paid
Shower water didn’t get hot , advise the front desk nothing was resolved. All I was told was “because everyone taking a shower”

The location was good for our travels, right off i25. The hotel was run down and felt un sanitary.

The hotel staff were very friendly.
The room was very dirty, the floor had obviously not been vacuumed there was old candy, trash, and someone's medication (oxycodone being one of them which could be very dangerous had a child been in the room or someone else decided to ingest it) on the carpet. The bed linens were stained. The heat had tin foil on it and later part of the grate broke off randomly. The pool had a bubbly film on the surface that made us feel uneasy about using it or the hot tub. The continental breakfast was underwhelming; no sources of protein just sugary carbs and the half and half I used for my coffee came out chunky so I was unable to drink that. I felt very unsafe and hardly slept during our stay. There was broken glass on the sidewalk in front of the side door to get in.
