Beautiful well maintained property with amazing beach view. Only small negative is access to beach without a boardwalk.

Perfect location in Port A. Close to town, close to the beach access roads. We enjoyed the large balconies, where you can see and hear the waves. I loved that all of the bedrooms were all on the same level. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our time at this property. We’ve rented many beach properties in the past and do have a few comments/suggestions to improve and guide the stay for future guests: 1) this property is waterview, but not easily accessible to the beach. We definitely didn’t think it was walkable. You actually need to exit the neighborhood onto 11th street (a relatively busy road) in order to have access to the beach! You can take a golf cart a few minutes down the road to get beach access but there is no dune crossover like most of the other properties we’ve stayed at. If you have small children or older relatives, I honestly would not recommend this location. 2) the mattresses in all the bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable. They could use to be replaced. My husband has had back surgery and dealt with back pain this week from the lack of support. 3) plan to bring some basic kitchen supplies. There was no salt/pepper, serving ware for a group dinner, etc. 4) the house was clean and spacious and seemed to be well maintained. Maintenance was immediately available when we experienced an issue with the front door lock. 5) outdoor seating on the roof had only two broken chairs and on the main level a few splintery Adirondack chairs. Would be nice to have a comfortable place to sit outside. 6) there is only a small older charcoal grill at this property.

This was a very nice house. The location was so convenient. We could see the water and hear the waves!!

Good property with Gulf views. Had some rusty bolt locks that prevented entry to the porch, but mgmt took care of this within hours of us notifying them. Cool to have 6 seater golf cart rental included in price. Personal elevator was great for 83 year old grandfather. Overall a good experience.

We came out for my husbands 30th birthday and had 0 complaints. The house was absolutely beautiful and matched the listing 100%. Truly one of the best houses we've stayed at in our many stays in Port A and would definitely stay here again with a big group. The balcony's and rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view of the ocean were to die for and I loved the covered area on the bottom floor to work out. The pictures truly don't do this home justice and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone looking with a large group! It was an absolute blast and we appreciate the opportunity to have stayed here.

Our group loved to sip our drinks from the rooftop deck watching the sunsets. We also enjoyed the large balcony off of the dining room and living room area and sipped our coffee in the morning from the balcony. The home came stocked with all that we needed and was very clean. Love the neighborhood and swimming pools and the vacation rental company that helped us with everything.

We loved our stay here in this beach house. The family enjoyed the way the house was decorated and the closeness to the beach. We want to return again as soon as we are able to. Management company addressed any questions that we had and were friendly. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the neighborhood and the pools.

We plan to return here over and over. We loved the pools and the house was large enough for all of us. We spent our days on the beach and the house was stocked with everything we needed to prepare nice dinners for our family. The management company was extremely helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had. We will definitely recommend.

We will definitely be back! The rental company was very helpful in answering all of our questions and making recommendations. The pools were great. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for the family. Loved the gated community. The location in town was close to all of the action and made it very convenient to enjoy yourself while shopping, dining or going to the beach because of its location. We absolutely loved the way that the house was decorated in beachy colors.
