Takes 5 days to get your deposit back and the hotel staff is very rude and not helpful at all.

The rooms was nice clean very roomie everything worked in the room the beds was the softs I ever slept on just say all and all everything was excellent staff was friendly and helpful being we was from out of town absolutely would stay again

If you use third party just know it's a 100 deposit but you get it back the day you check out I didn't recall seeing anything about this till I got there just friendly reminder call in ask if rented through third party

Needed a place to stay overnight for a very early doctors appointment the next morning. This hotel has very recently been renovated, the room was large and I had a king sized bed. It had a large flat screen television, pet friendly, friendly staff, very clean, elevator, ice machine on each floor and 10 minutes from UAB.

Location was great for what we had planned to do. Room was clean, bed comfortable, microwave & refrigerator worked, water temp & pressure good.

It didn't have anyehere to sit. One hard plastic chair, no other chair, ottoman or sofa. No drawers which was ok but if a guest needed to unpack there were like cubbie holes. No iron or ironing bed. Usually there are at least 4 sets of towels in a room but only 2 here The pictures are very deceiving, they were not of the lobby & room at this hotel Oh, no coffee maker either. If the room had more furniture & a coffee maker with coffee, we would have been able to give it a higher score. Room was large enough to have these things.

The beds were extremely hard. No give in them at all. Basically like sleeping on a mattress on the floor. If your back is hurting before laying on one it will be afterwards.

Rude and unfriendly overnight attendant. I thought the overnight attendant was rude. Also, it was not disclosed to me prior to my arrival there was a $50 pet deposit. Also, it was not disclosed on the pet policy (on property or online). The room had a broken mirror which is dangerous.

Upon arrival I was greeted by name and my request for bottom floor was granted. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and quit large
