部屋が広く寛げた。プールやホットタブも清潔で快適だった。

せっかくくつろぎに来たのに、部屋の掃除が入らなかったのが残念。また、網戸が壊れており少し設備が古く感じた。

The location

There was no AC in my room. There was nowhere to park. The cleaning staff was rude. The hotel manager was rude and refused to give me a business receipt even though they gave me one. the previous time I stayed a week prior. The first time I stayed there was great, but this time was a far drop from then.

Our condo was quite dated and needed an upgrade - but it in an excellent location and the staff were great.

Crestwood is located next to the gondola, loved the convenient area next to the gondola to park skis and boots. The staff were all outstanding, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our condo was clean and well appointed. we can’t wait to go back!

We were looking for a nice condo in the offseason (fall) at a resort and were more flexible where we stayed. This was a good value and a very comfortable condo. There was plenty of space for our young kids. We would come back and stay longer next time.

No major issues. There was some construction/road work outside the condo. You have affected traffic patters in the two blocks before the condo. No issues with noise so it was a pretty minor inconvenience.

There was no breakfast but we did our own in the kitchen. We enjoyed the furnishings and finishings of the place--very much in touch with the mountain environment and

The front desk was good and sometimes either I don't explain my question well or they think they understand and don't-quite. But it all worked out fine.
