Close to town. Being able to walk

I arranged 2 rooms for my children and their partners. The hotel was accommodating when I had to make a change on dates.

However, I originally requested a pet friendly room but later tried to change to a non-pet room and they said they could not make that change. My children reported that the facilities were adequate but the pet room had an odor and the other room had a toilet that didn't drain properly.

Room was cozy and very clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Grill and fire pit were excellent. Hot tub was working, but we didn't try it.

Have a cancellation policy when Snoqualmie pass is closed. Guest have no option if the highway department closest the road to Chelan.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean on arrival.

The stay impressed my wife, and she was very happy..

There was no breakfast. This was no more than a glorified motel 6.

Cheap bed sheets, small bathroom.

The only thing, was hearing the kids on the second floor above us running around, but other then that it was great

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful as well! I wish I had paid more attention and realized how great the BBQ area was and brought food to cook myself.

Honestly, nothing. I have zero complaints.

I would like to suggest to add a couple more items for the breakfast, we usually get eggs,yogurt, on resort/hotels
