Room doors had no security locks No smoke detector in the room Television did not work

Bathroom ceiling in disrepair, not as clean as expected. 1 Bed was too soft, other bed too firm.

The room was dirty, no one at the front desk. Things left behind from previous guest

It was the most dirty hotel that I had ever been. The blankets were so bad and smelly. Shower curtains all black on the bottom. Didn't put it inside the bathtub when I took a shower because water will run thru my feet from the curtains. The toilet lid was stained legit with a butt cracked on it. I had to wipe it myself, so it was 💩 because it came off. Pillow cases were dirty as well. You can smell and see the yellowish on the pillowcase. Put all on the side and only used sheets. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The location was great, but you can hear all the noises from the cars on the freeway and almost forgot, the window did not lock. We open it for fresh air and did not close again. Behind the hotel, you can hear people passing by at night. We were on the first floor and with a unlocked window. Great right??

Breakfast were paper bags but they were already taken when we arrived back to hotel before 9:30 so not sure what was in them

Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar! Should be sued for false advertising! The bathtub had slime on it and wife refused to take a bath it was so gross! The hardwood floor was sticky and gross! If I had know this ahead of time I wouldn't have paid a penny for the $200 room! The worst hotel stay my wife and I have ever had!
