Stellar property - beautifully decorated, elegant, luxurious yet felt like home and so comfortable (especially the bed sheets!). Excellent service.

The rooms were lovely and well-appointed, and the amenities generally were excellent. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was extremely attentive. We particularly appreciated the giant jacuzzi tub! And the daily warm cookies were a bonus!
Honestly, we very much enjoyed our stay. I wouldn't change a thing!

Breakfast was excellent. Homemade with great flavor and a beautiful dining atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance from most things.

Everything about it was amazing. From the king bed, jetted tubs to the most delicious breakfast. The staff was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

I felt the room was only surfaced cleaned. There were cobwebs in the lamps.. window sills and dust under the bed.

we loved everything about our stay at the bayberry - the room with jacuzzi bath was fab, the freshly made breakfast was delicious and quick and well organised - wished we could stay longer

One bed was comfortable, the other, not. Upon arrival, 2 bedroom unit, there was ONE bath towel, and ONE washcloth to share. The wastebaskets were not emptied for a 4 nights stay. Body wash in shower almost empty. Housekeeping needs shaping up.

The location was perfect. Our room cozy and beautiful. The Bayberry was within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. Our stay was simply amazing, my husband and I can't wait to return. And breakfast cooked by Tate was delicious!!!

The breakfasts were creative and delicious. .
I am not a fan of the "no contact" registration that seems to be adopted by a number of b and b's since Covid. We never interacted with anyone, except to have our breakfast set down in front of us each morning. We choose to stay at b and b's because of the interaction with the hosts. In all other respects, The Bayberry was excellent.

A truly lovely place to stay! From the impeccably clean rooms, to the relaxing outdoor spaces, The Bayberry is a gem! Delicious breakfasts and homemade cookies are a welcome treat and elevate the B&B experience. We will most definitely be returning!

Everything, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, walking distance to almost everything. It’s a modern, coastal Victorian. Rooms are very nice and bathrooms are new and modern with a whirlpool tub. So clean! The breakfast in the morning is exceptional. Fresh and delicious. Just a fabulous place to stay. So comfortable. Also, a fire pit in the back, with couches and chairs, again, so nicely decorated. A nice place to hang at night. This is the place to stay in Newport for a relaxing vacation.

We visited Bayberry Inn for the July 4th weekend, and we enjoyed our stay. The room with the king bed was clean and spacious. We had a booking issue; however, the management team helped us resolve it, which we appreciated. Breakfasts were great (wish I could cook this well). Overall, I would highly recommend anyone visiting Newport to consider booking this place.
