Location is great with lots of eating places ineasybreach

Clean carpets - we tend to go barefoot indoors but after the first evening could not as our feet were filthy! Never ever have I experienced this before in a time share. At the prices charged you would expect the highest standards, not this time. The unit would benefit from some in depth maintenance to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Also unable to use the veranda has work on roofs opposite was very noisy, we were not forewarned of this! Poor management of this aspect.

Room 474 in bad shape. Separation of wall and crown molding severe. Ants all over sink and vanity area. Needs repairs and upgrades for a resort of this type. In worse shape than budget motels!

our plans got canceled & we booked as a last minute NYE get away, it was a fabulous party, great music, nice crowd & the atmosphere was perfect!

next time would book ahead & get ocean front.

Went to dinner at Echo. But did not realize we needed a reservation. That's okay we ate breakfast there the next morning.

Bugs in room. We all got bites on our legs. Took a video. Could have been fleas. Staff unfriendly upon checking in. Other staff were appropriate

proximity to the beach, amenities more than adequate, clean, friendly and helpful staff, safe area.

the building we stayed in was one of the older ones of the property and could use some updates. for example, the door to the room was difficult to close, and we found it to actually be left open a couple of times after it was cleaned and a couple of times by us as well (it appeared closed but was not, and nothing was missing)

The Resort, the view was at an angle, yet they said it was and ocean view room, It was still nice though.

if the the room view was totally facing the ocean rather than at an angle,

Location was great and the space was plentiful.

The food at the restaurant was okay but nothing to write home about. The view was out of this world though.

Loved the location and the beach access.

Bathroom was not as nice as I expected -- particularly hard for 2 people getting around the sink area. I reserved a 2 queen bed room but I don't think the beds were queen -- they felt more like full size.

pool area, distance to the beach, bike rental around the corner, a mile from the pier and shops, cottage coffee next to our room, beds were comfy, hotel bar (bartenders were busy but very nice and easygoing)

front desk staff was rude when checking in. though I did end up speaking to the manager who was very nice and was apologetic about our experience. the room was not very clean. the fan had clearly not been dusted in ages, the furniture was stained, there were holes in the wall.

The staff was friendly. The grounds of the resort was nice.

The furnishings in the villas are outdated and worn. The hot water heater leaked and we were moved to another villa. (not Beachfront like the first one.) The second unit also had a water leak in the closet in the master bedroom. (It backed up to the bathroom.) The carpet was wet in the closet and into the bedroom. The TV did not work in the master bedroom. In the first villa the WiFi did not work. I

Elevator was in an inconvenient location snd was small. Also food was too expensive at the restaurant.
