The room was comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness was on point. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good, and staff kept the area clean and organized at all times.
Lighting might be improved.

Staff were super pleasant, rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean - perfect for our trip.
We found a roach in the bathroom on the last day of our stay. We've lived in cities so are somewhat familiar, but it was still off-putting to see - other than the 1 roach, the room was very clean. The breakfast isn't great, but plenty of options available.

I asked for a late checkout. The person at the front said 1130am was the latest I could check out without being charged.

STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND FRIENDLY

The rooms were nice, and the location was relatively convenient to the Renaissance Festival we were there for. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and ran until 10:30am, so we didn't have to get up extra early for it.
There were several pillows in the beds, which fluffed up nicely, but deflated quickly when in use. I would like to have seen some that were a bit more supportive.

Location was the only thing. Check in lady was very unfriendly. Unsure why they make you write down your credit card information before giving you a room key.
Air conditioner was extremely noisy, the front desk lady extremely rude. Did not like having to write down credit card information before being given room key

I loved the location! The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was great! The room was very spacious and clean!

It was good. Light switches on lamps hard to find. But not that bad.
They vacuumed the lobby while we were eating - my pet peeve. So rude thinking about dirt on floor while you eat. That was only thing I hated. Employees were delightful!
