Fall hazards for disabled person. Expensive. Rooms and facilities needing repair.

The rating above were all good and breakfast better than most. Had bar-lounge area of wanted to relax or play game. Also had laundry facilities available.
This is not a negative against the Best Western hotel. I wish I could get booking.com customer service phone number to reach out, I message booking.com a couple times but no response. Looks like I booked BW twice (Sept and Nov) so ended up having to pay for 2 nights the first night I was there. BW manager was able to cancel the extra second night reservation but said couldn’t cancel the first one since from booking.com. Was wanting to see if could get reimburse or get credit with booking.com…please reach out to me. Thank you.

The location was convenient to everything. The breakfast had lots of variety. Sometime for everyone.
The sliding door to the bathroom didn't work, but it didn't matter with just the two of us. Since it was a slider, it probably wasn't noticed by the staff when cleaning, but I did mention it when we left.

Nicest Best Western I’ve stayed at! Breakfast was great.
Traffic noise; I fell off the step down on the second floor balcony - there is a “watch your step” sign facing the other direction, but I didn’t see a warning coming back from the ice machine - hurt my ankle, knee, wrist.

close to the harbor as we were fishing during our visit.
rooms not cleaned properly. small blood stains on the wall behind the bathroom door and dirty hair covered bars of soap left in the shower.

The property was clean, well kept, and the staff were friendly. It was great to have a restaurant on site. The breakfast was great and the views were fabulous. The price was reasonable for a very nice room.

Breakfast was below average compared to Buffet style breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn's. Cost of the Stay was extremely high. I get suites in major cities for half the price.

Very outdated, need a humidifier ,I felt like I was in a wet cave could not breathe, room had smells over 100 years old, worst experience ever,

Older property but very well maintained. Clean,comfortable & I liked that you could park right at your door.
