i enjoyed that it was quiet and peaceful however I had to feel out an incident report because there was no sign on the weekend stating that it was pork inside the eggs.

the food manager was rude unapologetic and was highly inappropriate.

The breakfast was just okay. Honestly wasn't that many options but it was ok.

i feel like there should be some adult pool and hot tub hours.

Breakfast was awesome. Hotel is situated in a nice quiet area. Pool & Hot tub was great. Check out is at 12pm.

Very helpful, friendly staff! Updated, clean hotel. We had our five and seven year old with us so we made use of the pool, hotel, hot tub, and breakfast.

everything including cleanliness and sanitation. The staff was friendly. I loved how they had laundromat on the second floor. They had coffee and hot water available 24/7.

There was not much variety to choose in breakfast. when we usually go to a hotel, we have waffles or pancakes, different kind of muffins. We don’t eat ham, and most of the time, they would include ham in eggs. so when we left the breakfast table, my kids were always done with eating only cereals or yogurt.

I very much like the setup of the room. nice to have separate kitchen/ living rooms from the bedroom. it was very clean and staff was friendly.

most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. the jacuzzi was not working. I ordered a room with a tub so I could relax in a nice hot bath but the drain would not close to hold water and they put us in a handicap room so the seat in the tub would not stay up to even consider laying in the tub.

The Staff was kind, the room was well laid out for a family (especially the kitchenet) if you have a baby and need to heat up a bottle of milk in the middle of the night. and the facility was lovely, also the breakfast provided was a quick and easy way to feed the little ones.

I requested that the room have a tub before we finished checking in. The front desk assured that the room had a tub. When I went back to inform that the room did not and if we could change the room, they refused sighting management said they were full. this was difficult to believe because the parking lot was 2/3 empty. It didn't ruin our stay and your staff was courteous and fine, but it seemed like it could have been avoided at the outset and a simple request that could have been met easily.
