not a lot to like after the treatment from management

I stayed for two days, was kept up literally all night by the neighbor who was breeding 3 pit bulls next door (he said he had two males and a female in heat), then after staying 30 minutes after check out. they decide to keep my deposit. I call corporate to get help, and the hotel hasn’t even logged my stay, they still almost forcefully make me sign paperwork (not letting me read it) to get a small portion of my deposit. not trustworthy, not empathetic. just pathetic. never again

Two of the four nights we stayed, there were very loud guests in the rooms surrounding us… This made getting a good night’s sleep impossible… Maybe the night staff should, every so often, walk the property to quell this nuisance so that the guests who want to sleep actually can.

Quality for price was decent…

Old used fake eyelash in floor by bed, hairs in tub, toilet and bathroom. Customer service (not on location) told us the jacuzzi tub was in the room not a jacuzzi bathroom tub, it was in the bathroom. Breakfast was minimal and not good unless you eat waffles, we do not, they had that and basic syrup that is all.

I liked how all the rooms had their own outside access and how it was set up in the rooms were fairly nice as well

I checked in late at night, and there was a young man who checked me in. He was very nice. I had great all around customer service. I explained to him I needed to check out about 30 or 45 minutes late the next day he said he would know that and it wouldn't be a problem. i'm paid for my room and then he informed me that there was also a $50 security deposit that would be returned to my card after check out well that $50 was never returned to me so I was charged $81 and some change for the night at the hotel plus another $50 and they tried telling me that that $50 was charged because of a late fee for checking out late so you mean to tell me that if you check out late at all they're gonna charge you over half of what the room cost just to check out late. Wish I was not informed of this at all not by the young man that night. That is absolutely ridiculous and seems more of like a quick way to make some money! needless to say I will not ever stay in their hotel again! we stay in hotels very often and also for my job! When I called the office to ask them about it they were anything but nice and understanding! Day shift there is crummy!!

We were a little late getting in, but the manager was very nice about it.

There wasn't anything that we were unhappy about.

I found 2 syringes used for drugs in my room. and asked for a refund. they agreed to the refund but still have yet to be refunded. and just completely unsatisfactory.

there was not an age policy listed. They made my 20 year 11 month old son pay a $100 deposit because he wasn’t 21. No where on my booking info did it say that.
