Great wifi, comfortable bed.
Curtains didn't cover the window all the way. Pillows were uncomfortable, very run down and expensive for what is offered.

The Manager made the stay - she was personable and lovely! Check in was a breeze and when we needed help she was prompt and courteous 😊
We missed having our room cleaned (our bad) so had no coffee or clean towels the next day.

The facility is limited by age and location. My room was at the back of the building down a dirt alley. The room was Motel 6 small, but the cost of the room was one of the pricier in the area. Booking.com rating was 4.6 stars, which influenced my choice, but I don't think the rating was accurate. There were no extras such as breakfast, pool, exercise room, etc. The mattress sagged on the edge indicating that it was probably well worn by age. I was by myself, so the room was adequate, but I would not have stayed there if my wife was with me.

The property was needing maintenance. There was a support piece broken off the dresser. There was a cigarette scorch on the bathroom counter. The price vs value was not comparable to other properties we have stayed at. I feel we paid around 25% more than we should have.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The property needs to be updated with paint. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and hard to bring a lot of luggage up to the room. I had to get the room for the night so the price was about double what I would have paid if I could have book in advance.

Very friendly and helpful front office. It is easy to find, a reasonable rate and close to restaurants. They were very gracious when we asked for more glasses and coffee.
It is in need of an update. The building g is quite run down.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The air conditioner worked well. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Nice location near lots of restaurants. Good parking.

The room was outdated but clean. There were several broken items (curtains, lamps, coffee pot) that really do need some attention. For the money it was satisfactory. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. Television worked well. Front desk lady was very nice.
Location felt a bit "sketchy". The outside of the facility is in dire need of updating. Getting to my room was "iffy". Cigarette butts and empty cans used as ashtrays.
My room was clean but had an odor like there had been a smoker in there at some point.

A bed and shower in La Grande
Facilities are quite worn / dated. Room door locks worn, not great for confidence in overnight security. Bed too soft. A distant walk from everything downtown, and the price was too high.

There was no breakfast, thank goodness...the location was ok, had a view of a mortuary off the front balcony of grave stones and burial vaults. The lady at the front desk did have some charm.
Honestly absolutely run down and just nasty, the microwave did not work everything was old and needed updated or torn down to start over. not a safe feeling place, do not bring kids, I brought my own sleeping bag and pillow and slept on top of the sheets. I was there for about 5 hrs. exhausted from traveling and then left and finished sleeping in my car at a near by grocery store.

The staff were friendly, room ready upon arrival, and check in was easy. Conveniently located per our travel plans.
Pictures are very deceiving. It's quite old, musty smell, needs deep cleaning of carpet & AC. Price point WAY too high for what is offered here.

For an older motel it met my expectations. The bathroom could use a paint job. Bed was comfortable. The exterior indoor outdoor carpeting should be replaced. Just had the look and feel of a very old motel, which isn't necessarily bad.
The steps going to second floor were not very wide in dept. Maybe 10 inches. My heels kept hitting the back of the stair as I walked down. Bathroom needed a once over.
