Owner and staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and very accommodating towards our needs. Great choice of breakfast foods, fresh fruits and beverages. Beautiful and well maintained property inside and out.

Breakfast was excellent one of the best we've experienced. Hostess Flo was helpful, courteous and well suited for her role as innkeeper. Very pleasant disposition, we enjoyed speaking with her. Daughter Jeanette was also very nice and so were the old rescue race horses she owns and lovingly takes care of on site.

Beware of Long Island Traffic. Best approach from the North is via the Orient Point Crossing.

Owner Flo was lovely, extremely helpful and attentive. She made us very welcome in her beautiful home.

Flo and her daughter were the absolute sweetest hosts! They both made sure we had everything we needed and made themselves available for our questions. The house is stunning and the victorian-style decor made our rooms and the common areas feel very cozy. Although we stayed in a queen room, we were allowed a peek into the king suite and WOW. If you have the opportunity to book this suite, do it, you won't regret. The homemade hot breakfast spread each morning did not disappoint either. The location was perfect-- just close enough to both Greenport and Riverhead so we had access to everything we wanted to do during our stay, but also tucked away and super quiet. Be aware though that cell service in that area is spotty, so if you're relying on GPS to get around you may want to bring along a backup map!

Bed was comfortable. Room and entire house was very clean. Plenty of towels were provided. It was very quiet. Breakfast was fine with both hot item and plenty of cold options available. Cookies were left out at night for guests.

More clear counter space in room and in bathroom would have been helpful.

Very well maintained and comfortable accommodations.

It wasn’t clearly marked so we had a hard time finding it. Also, we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. We didn’t have much of a problem but it could be difficult for some people. Overall, it was a very nice visit.
