Clean, simple -- probably nice for relaxation (but I was there for work).

Being on a roaming mobile network, I got the many many long long messages from the host all jumbled up and it took me a lot of time to decipher them.

This is a place we have stayed multiple time, I always come back due to the fantastic location right near VT campus and downtown, comfortable rooms, awesome hospitality and delicious breakfast. would love to come during warmer months to utilize the lovely pool.

Loved being in a house in a neighborhood, near campus. Christmas decorations were nice. Loved the two chocolates on the bed!

It's possible that other groups with dogs could be staying and a little noisy but that's true in any hotel as well.

Walking distance to campus and downtown. Nice king bed.

We found the whole experience enjoyable. The accomodations we're clean and very comfortable. The setting is lovely nestled in the heart of downtown Blacksburg. Our visit was in the fall and the trees were spectacular. We would definitely stay there again. The cottages would be perfect for a girls weekend or a multiple family group. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of the breakfast this time but if we get that way again we would. The self check in was a new treat.

Location is convenient for walking into the downtown.

Nothing we had an excellent night of sleep which was our goal after a tough week of travel.

This cute & quaint B&B exceeded my expectations. Located in the heart of Virginia Tech campus this cozy hidden gem was perfect! We stopped in on our way to OBX just for one night but wished we had more time. B&B is located within walking distance of the downtown area. Perfect for visiting friends or family on campus. Property was super clean, decor was on point, and the owner Josh provided 5 star service. If in the area again we will certainly be back!
