Location was good The price was fair

They did not clean the room the whole time we were there. When you took a shower the tub would fill up with water and not drain, so we asked if we could switch rooms. The guy came upstairs and looked at the tub, then he said ( there is nothing wrong with the tub that it is supposed to do that because the pipe is shaped like a U ) I know he was talking about the P-trap, but I know the shower is not supposed to turn into a bath!

It was walking distance to convention center and town and considering parking is horrible and expensive in Gatlinburg it saved us ALOT property well kept room very comfortable 😊

The location is walking distance from the downtown and the skylift. The price is affordable.

Place and the room is not that clean. Size of the bathroom is small. Free breakfast only consists of muffins, roll, cereals, fruits, yogurt and drinks, no hot option. The pet fee is 30/night which is too much. Our room in the 2nd floor has a window on top with no curtain where the lights outside the room are always kept on.. so it is too bright even when we are sleeping. Reported to the front desk but they were not able to turn off the lights.

It was close to the shops and restaurants on the strip and within walking distance.

The free breakfast sucked.

It said 800 feet from center. NOT..... I have a disability. I didn't think I was gonna make it back to the room.

Shower was only trickle, not much for waking us up. Location was farther up hill away from center of town to walk than realized.

rooms needed a deep cleaning, breakfast was pretty minimal, people smoked right outside their rooms - which made it difficult for us to sit outside due to the smell.

The roo. Was dark and drab, not like the pictures on booking.com. was supposed to get 2 queen beds but got full beds instead. Walls were dirty and chipped paint, no do not disturb signs for door, no security locks for doors. Hotels says pet friendly but has a sign on counter that states they charge $250 fine if you leave your pet in room alone while you visit establishments that do not allow pets (ie. Restaurants, amusement parks, stores). They charge high-end hotel rates for low-end quality and service. Do not book this hotel.

When we check in there was dirty towel left in bathroom and the sink hadn't been cleaned,I clean condo's in PC. ND KNOW IF something not clean.also there was not a breakfast. Just a few bananas and apples. But we made it anyway

Pretty clean

They tried to make me pay again when we arrived. Our TV would not work we had one remote between two rooms. Parking is not very thought out not much room to park at all. No vending machines that worked.

It is so close to everything that you just go for a walk and enjoy Gatlinburg
