Nice setting and location near Cave Creek. Kitchen had large fridge. Beds OK comfort but sofabed was not.

The ugly cement walkways made of uneven square to the rooms are crooked and had steps with long route from parking lot to room (with more steps). Inconvenient for bulling or carrying bags the 40 yards. Prefer easier more attractive access. Access walkway was not very well lighted at night. The room was nice but seemed dated in colors and decor and for bathroom area. Walkway to room requires squeezing suitcases between cars and mirrors to get to it for our casita and was hard to find with cars parked in front of it. No breakfast, pool, nor amenities nearby - all a drive away by car.

Room was never attended by any cleaning staff had some partying guests that effected sleep no need for noise at three in the morning

Rancho Manana is a very nice, quiet, small resort with less than 40 housing units. Beautiful grounds, pool, restaurant and while it felt very uncrowded, at check-in we were told they had 100% occupancy. Located far from the lights and glamor of Scottsdale, this isn't the place you go to raise hell or spend all day in a noisy, Las Vegas environment; people are relaxing and enjoying the calm. That said, many of the Scottsdale attractions were only 30-40 minutes away. Our condo was excellent for our family; a 60 year old couple, a 30 year old couple and a 10 month old baby. The kitchen, dining and living area met our needs nicely, and having a small washer & dryer was very handy.

It didn't bother us, but if packing your luggage (or a baby) up a flight of stairs, stick with a ground floor unit. The big bathtub was a bit awkward for bathing the baby, but the adult just had to "commit" and climb right in there with the child.

Great onsite restaurant, lovely roomy casitas, great place for our post wedding family reunion, nice pool, great golf course

The only possible change needed would be an onsite breakfast option, but there are many great places just minutes away for awesome breakfasts!!

really unique and spacious rooms

keep a flash light if you go out at night. a pack of javelina were in the courtyard and the males were fighting. we also saw a big cat in the street near the resort( i considered it a bonus but wild animals are dangerous so ymmv)

It was beautiful and well maintained!

The noises from stair construction but we know that can’t be helped.

Great location, rates were reasonable and the property was spotless. My entire family staye for the weekend after my wedding!

it would have been helpful if the Tonto Bar and grill served breakfast, but we did take advantage of nearby restaurants, which was given to us by staff.

Close to town

Sink didn’t work on cold side . Air conditioner filter need to be changed . Pool needed to be cleaned lots of bugs
