I was disappointed that there was not a hot breakfast.

Hotel was close and convenient to event I was attending. Hotel also close to lots of shopping centers and restaurants/fast food chains. Lots of parking available. Refrigerator and microwave in room was a plus!

Rooms seemed a bit old or outdated. Carpet felt sticky and couldn't walk around without wearing slippers. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, room had cable box for the tv, but channels were still limited. Given that the hotel holds a "large" hotel chain name, expectations were a bit high.

Clean and comfortable, close to our families homes

We had a suite, wish TV was in the living room instead of bedroom. More comfortable watching TV from couch than sitting in bed.

the fact that I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned then transferred to a “clean” room that was a smoking room and stunk all my clothes . I had to immediately wash everything when I got home.

my wife they complaining about the bathroom and the rooms there was not very clean they don’t have a towels just couples small towels not enough
