A nice hotel about a 10 minute walk from the Mayo Clinic.

Free breakfast would have been nice. Or maybe coffee in the lobby.

Modern decor. Staff quickly repaired the hot water.

Didn’t like the surcharge out on everything.

Clean, recently remodeled with modern design.

Second floor lobby was a bit confusing and parking was expensive.

The staff was flexible with our schedule, which kept changing, and forgave a late checkout

Never had breakfast.

Left a toothbrush behind and called in to report it. I had to make a reservation going ahead before the register, the actual finding of the toothbrush memo to all the help as one of these electric $80 toothbrushes you know how that goes. Anyway, I think it’s a poor way to treat past customers and future clients should be great. Glad to see you’ll look into it and move from there if that’s a policy it’s a dumb one.
