Close to the highway. Lots of food/fuel options nearby. Not too far from downtown where room prices are higher. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Carpet in elevator needs replacement. Breakfast person needs to be more attentive. They ran out of forks and he didn’t even notice until I mentioned it. Sitting to the side tapping on your phone is not how you run a hotel breakfast buffet. Tub faucet handle needs replacing. Toilet seat was crooked/loose. Pillows not comfortable.

Breakfast was very good. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. The location works well for me when I'm in Lansing. I like the option of swimming in the pool.

The heater was pretty noisy, it did quiet down once it got going. The sheets were pretty thin. The fitness room is too small. The decor is outdated, but I noticed upgrades were in process.

It was close to highways and the market. It was ground level and connect tangy crab.

The curtains had very strange stains, had to let the shower water run for a while because water was colored. Mold around knobs in shower. One room light did not work.

Room updates have been well done! The beds were so comfortable, didn’t want to get up in the morning.

Really need to consider blankets on beds. Only had sheet and very thin comforter. My daughter went down to front desk for more blankets and they told her they only had one extra. This hotel is absolutely HUGE, and not even close to full, and should have extra blankets!!

The staff is kind and accommodating. The pool is big and clean. They have lots of clean towels in the area and tables where you can eat. The bedroom is big and spacious. We booked the two queen beds. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and clean. We love it! That’s A+ for me. We slept really good. The curtain is enough to darken the room. The bathroom is regular size. You can put lots of things in the sink area. They have clean towels ready. This hotel is very close to establishments. You can just walk to McDonalds, Burger King, convenient stores, market, gas stations and many more. Walmart is also a mile away from this hotel. Clean towels, soap, shampoo and bathroom tissue are always available. Just approach the front desk.

This hotel is old. The carpets has so many stains and the bathroom as well. When we arrived here, the toilet wasn’t clean. I’m a neat freak person so good thing I brought alcohol and disinfectant. The bedroom has old curtains and unpleasant smell as well as the hallway. I don’t know, maybe because of the old carpets and the building is old. The elevator also has a bad smell and kinda shaky. This hotel really needs renovation. The walls are thin I think, as we can hear people talking in the hallway. There is a buffet breakfast which is good but there wasn’t much options. Waffles, cereals, milk, few breads, sausage, potatoes and eggs for almost everyday. We stayed here for a week. The coffee is very weak, closer to tasteless. This hotel has no free bottled water so you need to buy your own. For the amount, it is a little bit pricey for me but overall I will still give this hotel a 3 star.

Absolutely nothing!!!! The staff was so rude at the front desk , and then she started to slam stuff around because she was irritated from the lady before me. It was so bad that we packed up and just left.

Hotel front desk needs some training in customer service. RACQUEL was very disrespectful and she is very shady as well as management.
