It was dirty and unkept

I liked that it is next to Bayville Screampark, as we staid here to go there. The hotel staff are very warm and inviting The windows are heavily tinted The building is easy to navigate Its by the water.

They do not provide meaningful soap or shampoo, so bring your own.The office is very cluttered. The drop off box for check out is a mini trash can outside of the office. I feel like it would be easy for someone to take the room key, and managment could blame you for it.

Old, dirty, bad smell…

we paid but they tried not to pay booking.com commission. So that they put the wrong credit card number manually. Then they canceled my reservation on booking.com. In fact we stayed and paid 1 night.

Everything was great

The shower was leaking into some one else's room below and was interrupted 3 times for this issue...

The location from the venue we were at was convenient.

The place needs a overhaul of everything.

Breakfast??? You couldnt even get a cup of coffee from the disgusting check in room..the tile in the bathroom was so slippery you could easily fall. The one table and chairs in the bedroom were all worn out.. The rug was worn out and stained.Nothing was good about this place...they overcharged us and when i called to complain..they yelled at me. AWFUL!!

We recently stayed there in August 2022. As we arrived at around 1am and the room was bigger than we had booked. In the morning, we were asked to pay extra for the bigger room which we had not requested. Reluctantly we paid the extra $40 for the two nights. When we went to use the cooker we discovered that it was not working at all. There was barely any cutlery at all, no bowls at all and the meagre dishes that remained were very greasy. It really was a joke. I asked at reception for a glass and was given a paper cup. In the main room, 6 very large mirrors were being stored behind the television unit for no apparent reason. This was all very disappointing indeed. When we returned home, we checked our bank account to discover that they had also additionally taken nearly another $200 from our account. We have been trying to email them but they are no longer replying our emails.
