They never picked up trash came in and took dirty towels but left trash in room entire stay they never came to get it

Looked dirty , had old cigarette burns in bathroom. no shower curtain or towels when we showed up. Door was actually standing open when we went to check in !

I had a bowl of cereal that I carried back to my room. I also had a cup of juice.

Everything was fine. Nothing could have been better except maybe more variety of breakfast.

There was holes in our room where the cable was coming out of the wall. There were stains on the walls. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor. There was a lot of noise from other people staying there. Some of the lights were broken as well. I was highly disappointed.

Walls are thin. Very noisy. Quality in furniture poor and Very cheep quality. Paint splatter all over barhroom. Sink will not drain. Location hard to get in and out o the drivewayy. The lobby is always locked up. Breakfast, cheep. No fruit and poor selection. I'm not coming back.

The roach that on on my side table next to the bed, the duct tape on the shower walls, lopsided towel rack and the door to the room was warped, appearing not to shut all the way.

It was close to the vampire diaries.

All the people partying in the parking lot,with pot smell and drinking till way in the morning.

Coolness of the air conditioner. Location convenience from where our baby shower was.

This facility is quite sketchy. First we arrive and my family helps me and my husband unpack, the phone immediately rings in the room and it’s the front office asking why so many people went inside the room? Like they had been watching us! We then tell them my family is helping unpack and there are 4 of us staying, they hang up the phone. Second, the beds were very comfortable, however there was a what appeared to be a blood stain on one of the bed linen sheets, which in return made us uncomfortable. We never received clean linens. Next, the commotion outside is of course going to make you check out the window to see what is going on, we look and there is multiple men walking up and down the stairs of the hotel and staring up at the rooms, smoking and shirtless, and wandering around our vehicles. Now the only male was my husband, and thank god he was there, the other 3 of us were female and this made us very paranoid to where we didn’t get any sleep whatsoever. There were also holes in the wall and cords that had been cut leading to nothing just hanging out from random places, like there were once cameras or something in the room! Needless to say, the comfort of the not so clean bed and the coolness of the air conditioner were the only pros to this place. My family had traveled 4 hours away to spend time at our baby shower to only be left sleepless and paranoid by this hotel.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was very clean. And we were on the 1st floor.
