This was a very nice room. Lots of space. Large 2 room bath and sink area. Additional sink near the fridge and Microwave. Off of the main traffic area quite and secluded.

Old favorite for location and convenience. Quiet. Some remodeling and improvements in the bathrooms.

Breakfast is more sparse than under previious owners, especially missed the hard-boiled eggs. On a previous visit about a month earlier, the hot-cold rotary knob on one of the sinks had come unscrewed, and on this visit -- staying in the same room -- it was still unrepaired. Additionally the bar that holds the toilet paper roll in place was missing.

I really like the spa facilities in addition to the friendly staff and great location. Thank you.

The pool was a nice reprieve from the hot ride we just took.

The breakfast room seemed to be in a storage room and had limited items to choose from. We just grabbed a banana. Our room A/C was right at the beds and no way to divert it from blowing directly on us.

I would not recommend this to anyone. The communication was the worst I have ever encountered. I am very surprised Booking.com even has them listed as they admitted they also have had trouble with communication and trying to work with the owners. I was going to a family reunion as my sister lives close but my husband contracted Covid. We asked if we could come another time considering the circumstances. The mother said I needed to talk to her son in the morning. I called as instructed and she answered the phone and I was called the Covid girl immediately and was not able to talk to her son and she hung up. I tried to work with Booking.com as they emailed the motel but never got a reply. I did contact Booking.com several times with the last girl making contact with the owner and was told to email but he never replied. We were told by Booking.com to send them a picture of the positive Covid test. Yes, I understand it was just past the refund date by hours but my family would stay there for our family events therefore giving them business. My son stayed there that weekend and he was disappointed as well. My other family members had stayed other places but were interested in a close motel. I understand I have lost my money. We could not come due to circumstances beyond our control. They have lost our families business. Our family had all tested before coming and had to be negative. We are responsible people. I would recommend staying elsewhere to anyone who does not want to be treated poorly.

I have left an item behind was a fit but, charging cord and charging port. My fit but was turned in and they held it for me for over 2months. I am thankful for that

When I retrieve my Fitbit I didn't get the cord or the charging port. They were not turned in.

I was charged for my pets after booking where it said that a pet under 25 pounds would be acceptable with your stay. I was informed by the man at the front desk that it is NOT the case. After the receptionist male proceeded to yell and argue with me, I decided to keep my mouth shut and handle this through booking.com. I was charged for two pets for two nights. Even though my one cat was in surgery for one of those days. As if it couldn’t get any worse. I woke with bites all over my body. I’ve learned my lesson! Do not stay here again.

The transparency about the pet. & waking up to bites, probably bed bug bites!

I reserved a single bed room and because the owner said there was an issue with the door on that room he gave us a nice upgrade for no extra cost. the room was spacious and had a nice little patio area. They don’t charge a deposit which I really appreciate and the rate for the night was less than anything you can find anywhere in the county as well as a nicer place to stay.

The amenities, location, easy to find. Getting out of property was good Plenty of parking.

The tv disconnected in the middle of the night. No clock in the room.

The friendly handyman, quiet sleeping space, good linens.

There was no window pane in the bathroom, a broken ceiling light fixture, no working fan in bathroom, refrigerator freezer all froze up. The room needed remodel about 10 years ago.
