I didn’t get to stay in the property, because of the racist front desk staff. The room was denied for me.
The racism at the front desk, this lady even talked about my accent!!

Dirty stained ask for something , they say oh yes ,,but days go by and nothing happens, some staff very rude at front desk

it was old and the hallway carriers were stained. other guests were yelling the F-word in the hallway at 5 am on multiple mornings. The room was tidy but not very clean in the corners of the room. The bathroom door was peeling. The hotel needs an update.

Rooms where very clean. Exceptional Comfortable and clean beds. Great breakfast facilities and food.
Near to the highway to get around and go to stores. Wegman supermarket near by also which is amazing.
Nothing was wrong. It was a great place to stay.

Place was really nice looking, beautiful grounds, lobby and meeting facilities. The ladies at the counter were very pretty and pleasant! Fresh coffee in the morning was good...
It wasn't the cleanest...the sheets were a bit dirty and "pilling"...when you first walked in, the room looked nice, but on closer inspection, it needs some renovating...

Budget friendly and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast in the morning is so so good 😊 I definitely would recommend!

Rooms were clean, breakfast. Breakfast area was very nice, and the staff was very friendly.
Entrance was not well marked. Facility was older and could use some updates.

we loved the restaurant inside the building, the bartender was wonderful, so were the wings .
we loved the location of our room by the courtyard and the pool was another wonderful experience, many nice people and the hotel was clean and comfortable so was the bed !
had a hard time with the key card at some entrances, also you couldn’t open the 2nd door with a key card from the courtyard to the room . that was the o my downfall of the room , other the. these few issues, our experience at the hotel was wonderful!!

The location and staff were wonderful along with breakfast
The property and rooms were dated and in a lot of need of repair and updates. Marks on the walls and shower head was broken along with toilet. Maintenance was great but the issue persisted with the toilet.

The poolside room was convenient with the family.. Also, the staff was very accommodating. Thumbs up for allowing pets!
Limited food availability on Sunday as most are closed then. Also, the ice machines all around the facility were empty.
