The room cleaning was horrible. As soon as we walked in, we found a huge crockroach and a lot of flies. I reported, and they said it was because it was hot. The second day, we found another crockroach. I'm very disappointed.

Provide 2 luggage racks in room. Comfy beds. Hot water dispenser. Good breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, cereals, wafer machine. Juice/coffee machine. Walking distance to Denny's.

There was plenty of parking. The bedding and towels were clean. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was lacking. I've stayed many times at BW and always had a great experience with breakfast til this location. There was no milk on any day during our stay. With kids, this was a huge issue. The eggs and sausages were cold (thank goodness for a microwave in our room). Not much choices with yogurt or pastries. It was all vanilla one day and all strawberry the next. White toast or tiny white bagels were the only bread choices.
