Michelle falsely charged me for room damages. I was charged $250 for dog hair in the room that I didn’t put there. When I called Michelle to speak with her about the issue she was unprofessional and refused to give me corporates number.

Breakfast was goog

Floor was filthy i mopped it. Turned my feet black. No good chair to sit in. Bedspreads were cheap. Sheets scratchy

The room looked brand new; clean fixtures and no visible damage; the beds were great, the bathroom was clean.

The floor was not carpeted, it had that fake wood tile; and walking around after my shower my feet were dirty because the floor wasn't mopped (likely just swept/vacuumed) so I ended up washing my feet and wearing socks/shoes in the room.

It was convenient

First the woman put us in one room that someone else was staying in. Then moved us to another room and there was no shower curtain on the shower

the property was great the only thing is this is the 2nd time I’ve booked thru booking and once I get to the hotel they can’t find my booking or confirmation # even tho I paid when I booked online I had to turn around and book another room and pay again so I could have somewhere to sleep the first time was may 22-23 at red roof inn I paid $55 online the had to pay $77 bc the could t find my booking info where I made the payment in anderson sc the second was on june1 at the days inn in Clemson sc I paid $98online then had to turn around again bc they couldn’t find my booking info where I paid it

The breakfast was not what my daughter had hoped for. The packets of oatmill/grits, pkged muffins, and small yougerts were nothing we were excited about.

The loud adults that partied all night on the bottom floor and all the beer and booze bottles we had to walk over going for ice.

The toilet paper is the cheap kind

Wooden floors instead of carpet. Made room feel cleaner.

Room was a little spartan. No comfortable chair to sit in while watching tv except the desk chair. Steps to second floor near office were rusted out. Handrail loose. Appeared unsafe.
