The location
Front desk customer service and management was poor. I called and left a detailed message for the manager as well as send numerous emails and never received a call or email back. Will be contacting corporate because I expect better service especially at $300 a night.

The location was perfect! Everything was close by and convenient.

located close to my business appointment, restaurant next door, staff was helpful, another room was quickly made available when the first room's sink would not drain,
Breakfast unappetizing, had to change rooms because sink would not drain, bed uncomfortable, carpet visually distracting, parts of room in disrepair, price too high for this many negatives

room felt outdated and dark! lots of dogs in the building that we could hear barking throughout the stay

There were some heavy thuds in the early morning that woke us up.

The hallway and hotel in general were musty smells. The walls are thin so nasty noises next door could be heard.

The place was not very clean older and is not owned by best western no longer comfort suites.

The staff was fast, professional and courteous. This was my second stay here and I'd stay here again.
The fitness room could use some work. The sound option on one treadmill only worked 2 minutes at a time. The other didn't seem to work at all.

Good selection and well stocked.
For $300+/night, the garbage bags in the room should be correctly placed in the bin, ready to use, not hanging off the side. Small thing, but seems tacky...more like a Motel 6 thing.

comfortable, quiet, very pleasant staff who were always helpful
No bar or restaurant facilities during the week, only Fri and Sat.

The hotel was a bit dated and the carpet was old. There were some insects in the room and bathroom.
