Says breakfast online but was told no breakfast since pandemic. Need to update the website, they have had plenty of time.

No hear I’m the room walls were filthy sink was linking when u turn it on underneath beds were dirty and we stayed cold from the time we made it till it was time for us to go this the reason for check out at an early date

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff clearly cared a lot about maintaining a good space. The room was comfortable and spacious. The female front desk person was very kind and helpful. It exceeded my expectations for a truck stop motel in West Memphis, Arkansas, that's for sure.

The wifi was pretty unreliable, and you had to log in every 15 minutes or so. The locking mechanism on the exterior doors wasn't working, so anyone could have entered through one of the side entrances at any time. There was no breakfast.

Rooms were clean, and the shower was hot

Nothing to like per-say, it was just eh, ok.

The blankets were so thin, the edge of the mattress hurt my legs to get in and out of. The shower head was coming out of the wall. And the access door to the hotel in the back was broken so anyone could enter without a card. Not safe.

The room was clean. Check-in was easy. Check-out was easy (just had to leave my key in the room).

I booked a king bed room but was given a room with two queen beds and charged extra for it. I felt taken advantage of but was too tired from traveling all day to go and ask about it. My window also faced out to a tractor-trailer reststop with tons of trucks present that were running all night long. It was very loud. Also the beds didn't have proper blankets, just a top sheet and one of those thin coverlets.
