Location and staff friendliness was very good

The room was a little dirty, and I killed 5 bugs in the room

Beds needed to a bit more comfortable. Needed more pillows.

Paint was chipped off walls, smearing of unknown substances on walls, musty smell. Hair was in sink upon arrival. When I was checking in and waiting in line a woman was speaking to the person at the desk, she was wanting a discount because her baby awoke covered in roaches and that the wall was full of roaches. The attendant advised her that he will bring it up to management. There’s was literally no other place for us to stay other than this place. If I could rate this at -5 I would. We had booked 2 nights and instead left at 8 am on the first morning. And yes I was still charged for 2 nights.

the floor in the room was very dirty. The ac unit blew out moldy air . Room felt stuffy.

No breakfast and location of room was great cause it was close to office

The beds and could have used extra towels and a hair dryer would be nice
