The gentleman on reception was great. The accommodation was adequate .

Bathroom was small for 3 persons. The carpet needed a clean. The breakfast was basic. The breakfast attendant was rude and discourteous. More training needed for this person to carry out her role properly.

Booking.com was a pain to change my reservation and It was very difficult to talk to someone. When I checked into the hotel I had 2 bookings and I had to call booking.com to cancel and that was a long process! I will not be using booking .com again!!

The room was very large and clean. Very nice bathroom and shower too. Essentials were all there.

No vegan options for breakfast.

Stains in sink and sink was leaking. There was stains in carpet and curtains. Ask staff to change the curtains and fix the leak and the problems were not taken care.

Horrible beds, no microwave, and the disposal plastic cups reaked of bleach!

The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were nice. The location was ok.

Was advertised that the pool would be open during our stay, this was not the case, this is the sole reason we chose this one. Bathroom had hair all over tub, toilet didn't flush properly, front desk was very rude, and when I asked about the pool, talked to me like I was stupid.

Easy access location from I-44 and many shopping and dining options in the area that aren’t just standard fast food.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable

this property was immaculate! Beautiful from the moment we walked in and as we continued walking through the hotel, we just kept commenting to each other about how nice it was. The staff were super nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Unfortunately, we’ve been staying in St. Louis a lot over the past year due to cancer treatments at Barnes and this was by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in.
