Nice location. Desk staff were nice.
Bathroom and entry floors were very slippery. They were a little damp when we checked in. After a shower, they were damp and very slippery again. There was no buffet breakfast. We had to order. They charged extra for toast to go with my eggs, and I had to make the toast myself. Waffles were > $10 and you had to make them yourself. The staff member at breakfast was not friendly. We had to pay for breakfast at the front desk. They were changing shifts and could not do anything. We had to go back after the shift change to pay. Breakfast was disappointing and stressful because I had counted on a buffet and had to be at the airport a little after 8:00 am. I chose this hotel because they have a free airport shuttle. The shuttle van driver did not show up at 8:00 am. The desk staff called Uber (and paid for it), so I got to the airport on time.

The night Manager was fantastic. She is an absolute asset to the company and the guests.
The physicality is a one-star. The paint, carpet, and furniture are dirty and outdated.

Location and it was quite and Summer and Richie was very professional
They ran out of towels and the evening clerks were slightly rude. The carpet in the hall was all stained up.

It was old and gross. The carpets were disgusting. The floors were sticky. The rooms were old and completely disgusting.

The lobby is really nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it seemed reasonably priced for the convenience. The room was nice and cold when we got there. The bed was comfortable.
We booked a room for 3 adults and were only given 2 towels. We asked the front desk for another towel multiples times, but were refused each time. Seemed like a really weird thing to be uptight about, especially considering they got it wrong in the first place. Maybe they were counting the dirty washcloth that was left in the shower as our third towel.

I did not like the fact that the property looked run down.
Breakfast was a fee, unheard of. The price I paid I expected a free breakfast at minimum. Or how about they tell you to put your used towels outside of your room for new ones and of course no new ones delivered and you have to request your room to be clean the night before..wow just wow..oh and let’s not forget about the molded jacuzzi outside..the bed was hard as a rock..so if you are wanting your money’s worth I’ll avoid this play all together, now the staff was friendly for the most part but that’s about all they have going.

Carpets stained and very dirty. Bathroom sink let out brown water for nearly 10 mins. Toliet plunger wasn't attached and had to reconnect after every flush. For the name I expected more. Staff was friendly. A Plus was Sheets were clean and smelled like bleach.

The hotel/room were mostly ass expected. Good location for the airport, kind of in a area without a lot of amenities though.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was generally clean and beds were comfortable.
Husband was supposed to have 11 am shuttle bus, but they canceled on him. He needed to get to the airport and ended up having to pay for an Uber. He ended up at the airport later than hoped and was rushed.
Also, the hotel stated there was pool and hot tub (both were closed); website said there was restaurant (was closed); website said there was a casino on site (had to walk to it about 10 minutes away).
We were excited to stay but ended up very disappointed in the lack of amenities that were advertised on the website.

Rooms could use some touch ups. Bathroom had mold spots in ceiling above shower against the wall. AC filter in room 118 noted needing replaced. Ice machine 1st floor didn’t work, had to go to another floor for ice. Room did not have coffee maker, went to reception to ask for it and it was never delivered had to ask a 2nd time for it. Grass needs to be mowed and trash needs picked up in parking lot. Saw open condom wrapper on sidewalk. 1 outside entrance door (side facing the construction) was not working for access to building.

there was rust in the tub, we had to pay for breakfast and the lady was not friendly at all she didn’t smile, the cook told us breakfast wasn’t ready and made us sit and wait 2 minutes. breakfast starts at 7:00 am and it was 6:58 am not to mention the food was disgusting, the eggs was cold the potatoes was crumbled. sausage was cold and the we had to ask for drinks. I’ve visit hotels and breakfast was always complimentary NEVER again will I visit this hotel they have to do better. this is the HILTON right? the Hilton suppose to be 5 star hotels for $184.00 a night
