Carpet, smell

I liked having a balcony. Breakfast on the patio was a very nice, relaxing way to start the day.

I didn't care for the pillows. There was no vent/fan in the bathroom so it got stuffy in there very quickly. I also did not like the sink outside the bathroom.

Breakfast was disappointing compared to other country inns.

King rooms are corner rooms ( ends of the building) so the balcony was tiny and wasn't quite what we expected. So if you want a full size balcony as pictured on the website to have a view of the river book a double queen.

Carpets needs cleaned, air needs to be adjusted to be comfortable in all areas, needs more room to eat done in breakfast, needs some elevator work , needs more than two towels since they only clean the room every three days

Clean, very convenient kinda on the outskirts so getting into the property was easier.

Elevators were slow, but nothing major.

The staff was pleasant and courteous. The location by the river was nice.

Our room has wet carpeting that squished when you stepped on it causing the room to be constantly damp. There were ants all over The desk and we weee given a bottle of raid to kill them as they just kept coming back. There were bags of chips Under our bed open and spilled from a prior visitor. Late T knight the keyed door was propped open by staff to let their friend come in. There was some Type of white matter on the floor by the large area of white matter and again nothing was done to rod the room Of the issues

Bathroom to confined and exhaust fan very noisy, the balcony by the river had tons of spiders so we didn't even use it

I enjoyed the balconies in each room

Upon arrival, at the front desk to check in the employee was rude. I informed them that I had my service dog with me. The lady states dog are not welcome. I had to explain to her that service dogs can’t be separated from their handler. The dog was there for its job. The lady then gave more attitude and states she will have to get approval before I can finish checking in. Overall I’ve never had a problem staying here with my service dog

Location with it being so packed at events, it is easy to take back road to hotel out of traffic

Lost water pressure

This is our second time staying and we love it. Breakfast was good and location was perfect! It was a quiet and super easy to check in and check out.

We had the bottom floor so a little sketchy with the patio being easy to access from the ground.

Breakfast was pretty good. Didn't care for the eggs much, too watery, but the waffles were very good. Loved the heated pool. Will definitely be back.
