very convenient in town. train tracks behind but only heard trains until 9:00 or so. called to ask for 1st floor room due to being seniors with heavy luggage. Rosa, the morning receptionist, friendly and obliging.

loud music and talking until 10:30. some people just have no consideration for others, nothing much a young receptionist would be able to do about that.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location for our needs.

The shower was so small. Shower head was below our heads. And the wall in the shower needed repair. No microwave or fridge. Ran out of pool towels.

Housekeeping never changed bedding better previous guest and myself. Animal and human hair all over the bed, hairs in the shower, blood stain on shower curtain, splattered toothpaste from previous guest on wall, the AC unit has mold and hair and looks like it had never been cleaned making my asthma act up all night long. I manage a historical hotel and this was just unacceptable from the get go. I attempted to reach out to the property before hand numerous times via phone and email and never once was the phone answered throughout the day nor was my emails ever returned. I have tons of photos and a video. I would like a refund from this stay.

Everything was fine!

Basic and simple, but very clean and nothing out of place. No breakfast, but free wifi. Staff very helpful. I asked to change room and was accommodated straight away.

The location was convenient and the facility is pet friendly.

The staff weren’t welcoming, didn’t make eye contact, didn’t ask if we had what we needed and didn’t seem willing to offer recommendations for area restaurants. The room was not clean, particularly the floors, bedside tables and the sink/vanity.

They're always accommodating to help me when I stay here this last time they gave me a really but I would say upgrade on the room compared to the ones I've stayed in there before.

But the last two stays I've had the rooms really have not been cleaned well.bath tub with coffee stains on the bathtub toothpaste in the sink dust bunnies all over the floor. Thank God my baby's not moving around yet so I could keep her out of the dirty floors but everybody is so great there and I don't want to complain but I've noticed it's becoming constant,so thought I might mention it!

The second room they moved me too so I could be on the bottom floor with a baby in the animal was filthy there was dust bunnies on the floor everywhere underneath the bed was full of dirt The sink in the bathtub were both full of hair there was a coffee spill on the bathtub that I wiped up and it went away so it was not clean very well. Didn't like that there was no refrigerator which it advertises with a refrigerator?

the cleaning could be better and the room upstair made lots of noise from the steps and the voices of the other people.
