Rude staff's

It was pose2 beds ut was only..

This particular room was clean. The shower/tub was clean and I didn’t see any bugs. Which was a huge plus compared to the room I had a day prior.

The tv was a bit small for the room size. The gap between the beds were small besides that the room itself was fine. The fridge was also too small for the room.

There was a restaurant opposite, so we could walk somewhere away from the motel.

It was run down and tired! It was in a derelict area, looked like the last place standing apart from the cracker barrel across the road!

Location next to Cracker Barrel. Pool.

Outlet for the microwave. Refrigerator. Better lighting.

For $200 a night the place was a complete dump! Smelled so horribly of cigarettes and weed!!! I had a headache from the smell 20 minutes after arrival! The only reason we didn’t leave was bc we had already paid and didn’t want to deal with trying to get a refund!!

The property was easy to access and the staff were very friendly. There were multiple stores, restaurants around and easy to access.

There were multiple renovations that had been started but they were incomplete for the room to be ready. The toilet was unstable in my room and the smoke detector had been removed from the wall. Once the hotel completes its upgrades, it will have corrected the issues listed above.

Nothing. Honestly. The experience was sickening.

The fact that I had to clean my room and it smelled musty. I am a housekeeper. There was hair around the toilet. Mirrors had a fog over them. Sheets felt bumpy. The fact the staff was super rude and even to my children. Who were only down stairs getting ice for our tiny cooler. We didn't need that we were evacuating from Hurricane Ian. There was no empathy or kindness. Ants everywhere. I bought an air freshener. Damp rid. Sheets and towels. the towels were never replaced but one time I brought them to housekeeping. They didn't get back to me till I went to the office at 9pm asking what happened.
