The staff are super nice and friendly! I got a problem with my key card to the room. But the staff was patient and helped me with it. And the problem was resolved. The bed is super comfortable! The location is safe and easy to find. The parking is convenient, as I parked in front of my room when I stayed here.

The property doesn’t have shampoo. But I brought my own when I stayed here. So I don’t think it’s a dislike for me. Just a reminder that maybe you could ask the front desk for shampoo or bring your own.

They bathtub was clogged up, it seems to be in a ghetto area people keep coming in the morning, honking really hard to pick up all the people from the hotel. For example, a lady came in her SUV honking Ella screaming from the inside of her car calling someone from one of the rooms Betty getto disturbing and annoying

First and foremost reason for me to stay at any Motel 6 is their dog policy.

I asked for a quiet room and they asked me if I wanted top or bottom floor and I said bottom, not knowing that the guest above me would wake me up at 1am, when they came home and showered. The building has 0 insulation, so even if the guest walks around normally it's extremely loud and especially when they take a shower it's impossible not to wake up. If I knew that, I would have take the room on top of course, they should have advised me like that.

Simply put, this is a Motel 6 that is full of friendly staff members. Except for one, the Assistant Manager (Diamond) has no business working around people. She has absolutely no people skills what so ever, and even takes great effort in being vindictive and controlling.

The Wifi is horrible, the towels, sheets and pillow cases are stained, and the water pressure is ridiculously low.

Everything, for the most part went well.

You need to patrol the back end of the property for quests being loud. a car pulled up first night of stay and played loud music from 2:30am til around 4am, on and off. I was hoping you had a security patrol to cover that sort of thing, given where you are located and the quests sometimes act up.

I was not happy that eventhough I booked my stay thru booking.com Once I was checking in I was not rented to. I was told due to past history. I realized the past history was actually when I had rented a room for my son. It I am assuming was HIS history..I did pay for his room...that being said I was never contacted to say that...I couldn't stay there. I have rented numerous times for only myself and it was never a problem.i apologize for my son, I would hope that there is a way I could still stay excluding my son. Hope that might be possible. I gave my number but noone has contacted me.

my room didn’t have a working air conditioner. it blew out warm air even when I put the thermostat on cool. I had to sleep with window open I. order for room to cool down.

I like the location. It’s clean. Pretty descent, convenient hotel and inexpensive motel. Cashiers were very helpful.

My room was not schedule to cleaned. I asked one lady she said due to the covid they weren’t cleaning the rooms everyday. So I just asked her for some new towels, she’s very nice though. Several people walking at the back hallway during midnight. I’m not sure if those were just passersby. Some were at the fences.
