Stayed at this apartment on numerous occasions. It is just perfect, in an ideal location within a safe and lovely complex. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. A proper home from home. Here's hoping for many more to come.

Really enjoyed our stay in this clean, well equipped and bright unit. TV and internet worked well. Tennis court was a nice option and Olhos d’agua is a lovely quiet spot with good local transportation. For tours I would suggest Melissa at the travel agency by the bus/taxi stop. She was very helpful and spoke English well. Grocery store is close by and is well stocked.

Clean & comfortable Ace balcony, hot and sunny days / refreshing breeze evenings. Fab local restaurants near by (with cheap happy hour drinks) 2 Supermarkets at hand. Pool area great & beaches a short walk away.

Apartment was lovely & well located. Plenty of beds round the pool even though the complex was full.

The apartment has a great location within walking distance of all amenities. The wraparound balcony is a special feature and we enjoyed our stay so much, we would definitely return. From the initial booking process Wendy the owner was a pleasure to deal with, quickly responding to our queries and recommending a local taxi transfer company. Nothing was too much trouble to her. After two and a half long years finally returned to Olhos. As previously stated this is a lovely apartment, a proper home from home. It is located within a clean and secure complex close to Supermarkets and Restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Just had a 6 night stay. Lovely apartment with the most amazing view of the sea from the kitchen window. Nice apartment block with good pool & in a great location. Communal areas good & very quiet on an evening. A couple of small niggles but nothing to spoil the stay. Fully recommend & the owner very responsive to queries etc.

After numerous attempts over the last 15 months, we eventually made it over to Olhos d'Agua on 19 July for a 7 night stay. While we have stayed in the resort many times over the years, this was our first time staying in this apartment and we were not disappointed. The apartment was spotless - very modern with everything you need. Fabulous wraparound balcony with views of the pool and the sea - perfect for sitting and enjoying a glass (or two) of wine. The apartment is in a great location, a 5-minute walk to the main supermarket and lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. Olhos d'Agua beach is a short walk away and Albufeira is a 40-50 minute walk or 10 euro for a taxi. Our host, Wendy, has also been fantastic and very patient in allowing us to move our booking several times over the last 15 months due to travel restrictions. Can't wait to go back.

The place was excellent close to everything as well as the ocean. Information was spot on and Wendy was helpful in getting back to me considering my stay was cut short by the coronavirus. Service was excellent from start to finish. Fabulous apartment, proper home from home. Lovely area everything you need close to good beaches,walking, eating out and shopping. Plenty of excursions to choose from. Weather was outstanding.

A wonderful apartment set in a lovely part of Portugal; close to the beach and lovely restaurants it is the perfect place to stay.

The condo is well kept in a nice building. Great pool with a large deck and lots of chairs. A short walk to the beach. Condo is clean and well equipped. Bring pool/beach towels though as they only provide bath towels. Internet is a building wide system and went down for two out of our six days but the owner said this isn't normal. Lots of good restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely return to this spot.

2nd visit to this lovely apartment situated in a well maintained and secure building with a large pool area and gardens. Nice touch of a welcome pack including water, milk and wine. Apartment is a home from home particularly if you want the full self catering experience with modern Bosch appliances and more than enough crockery and kitchen paraphernalia. We had breakfast and lunch in and ate out in the evening. Ideally located for the many restaurants of Olhos with two supermarkets close by. Cannot recommend highly enough, back in September for our 3rd visit. Thank you Wendy for sharing it with us.

Apartment has everything you need is modern with spacious balconies

This property was just a ten minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Very steep hill to and from the beach there is a longer less steep walk but you need to be able bodied to walk the area. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment

This is the best appartment we have ever stayed in, very clean and well equipped its a real home from home. The wrap around balcony is really special with a great view. The apartment is very well equipt and in a great position for everything you could need, a great all rounder.

Beautiful 2nd floor apartment with wrap around balcony giving views of the swimming pool and out to sea. Plenty of balcony furniture, was lovely to have breakfast in the morning sun. The furniture and soft furnishings are of a lovely quality together with all the kitchen equipment. Plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery. Everything you would need in a kitchen. Stunning views from the kitchen window. Apartment is in an enviable position being minutes away from a wonderful patisserie, 5 minutes from a large supermarket, lots of restaurants within walking distance, close to cash machines and a 5-10 minute walk to Olhôs beach. Will definitely return if we can get a booking. I have no doubt that this apartment will soon be booked up for 2019.

Apartment is spotless and well maintained. Great location too for restaurants, beaches etc. And close to bus routes for Albuferia and Vilamoura or further.

Clean and spacious a proper home from home. It has a lovely balcony which we enjoyed breakfast on most mornings. Ideally located for restaurants and shops. Supermarket is just along the road. Olhos beach is a 10 minute walk away. Owner Wendy gave us easy to follow access instructions and left us a lovely welcome pack of milk, water, wine, tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend and look forward to hopefully visiting again in 2019.

This was our second visit and we were very happy with everything!

Apartment is central to the Algarve, making it easy for day trips both east and west. Access to the apt. worked as promised, with the exception that the indoor parking spot was unavailable but the outdoor parking area was available and convenient. Apartment had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Owner was easily accessible by email. Good views from wrap around balcony. Several restaurants close by. Our favourite was an Indian/Thai restaurant about 5 mins. walk. Apt. is not on the beach but walking distance to Falesia Beach, recently rated a top 25 beach in the world - although it does require walking down (and then back-up!) a lengthy staircase. As well, the Praia (beach) dos Olhos de Agua is just a few minutes away. Also walking distance to 2 supermarkets.,

A lovely clean modern apartment with secure but uncomplicated access. It is conveniently situated in the village and has a pleasant outlook to the sea from its fabulous sunny wrap around balcony.
