My room didnt get cleaned. That should be mandatory I shouldn't have to request my room get cleaned. Hotel chains are so damn lazy you must ask for things that use to be standard when staying at a hotel. Wont ever stay again

It was newer and clean. Bed was comfy. We liked the breakfast.

I didn't like that the bar kept saying it was going to be open and it wasn't. That was disappointing. And the ice machine on the 2nd floor never had ice but other than that, out stay was very good.

Room was not clean. Floors looked as it has not been mopped for months. Towels had foot print stains and shower faucet handle was completely off and placed on the soap rack. Sadly I booked through 3rd party so I couldn’t get a refund. I initially booked a 2 night stay, but only stayed for 1. I loss over $100 leaving a day early just to book into another hotel for a night. Facility had no play pen/crib for infant which is also a big disappointment. Definitely feel the price was not worth the stay.

The location was convenient.

The shower was moldy, and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The shower door was misaligned, and as a result, the shower leaked significantly. The toilet did not flush. I bought a plunger so I could use the toiler. The breakfast was typical of this chain - underwhelming.

Breakfast was great. Excellent variety hot meal available every day. Awesome staff
