The room was great and the pool was so good although water seemed to be a tad cloudy .

the bathroom is in need of updating . especially the bath . the kitchen was small and compact and no room for for preparing food . the cooker definitely needs replacing, it was old and had a job to good even a pizza in it . there was not enough kitchen equipment . especially for a family of 6. bigger saucepans and baking trays needed. more plates and utensils needed .

Location was awesome! Staff was always very helpful and nice to talk to. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities. They also have little villas that were very comfortable. The property is kind of like a maze, but it's pretty cool.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool area was brand new and looked wonderful.

The kitchen and bathroom area needed an update.

the office manager we had all weekend was excellent and very helpful. I am sorry I didn’t get his name but he wasn’t there when we checked out. the staff was very courteous!

that it didn’t have a cross walk to cross the very busy street you had to walk across to get to the beach. the city of Madeira needs to fix that!!

Clean pool and pool area. 3 min walk to beach public access. I like the different mix of people. Right next to The Reef which has a great breakfast, lucnh, dinner and late night menu, plus the BEST bloody mary on the beach. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Anthony the checkin guy was awesome! Answered all our questions and was very helpful. Don't know when the poor guy sleeps as we saw him late into the night and bright and early the next morning

You can tell this is an older motel that has been updated. Checkin area is small, so only one person can be in the office at a time, the rest have to stand outside. But outside the office was covered. It's a little difficult pulling in to checkin as the front area is very small. It would help if there were signs out front letting people know the parking is in the rear. We arrived when there were three or four people checking in so it was a bit congested.

Room was clean and as expected from pictures...customer service was the WORST I've experienced in a booking. Tread lightly and have alternate plans in case the crazy guy threatens to cancel your reservation AFTER paying in advance AND confirming .

The views from the room. Madeira beach is overrated. Too much seaweed and dirt on the beach. Very little restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Treasure Island a much better location.

I loved the area and how sweet everyone including the staff were. For the price it was a very nice place to sleep at night.

The water for the shower was NEVER hot. The bed sounded a bit broken. The lights were VERY dim.

They do not have any food to offer. Also they tucked $75 as a deposit we didn't damage anything we leave dishes clean. We paid $ 155 cleaning fee + .and so far they have not put back the $75 deposit In my card i talked with this men around 12:30 on march 25 over the phone he was nothing but rude first at all he started to denied thay they tucked the $75 . Dollars so i told him is clear you guys charge $1075 i can prove it in my credit card statement thay you did charge $1075 in total + cleaning fee and at that point he started to scream on me I just hung up . I'm very dessapointed with this owful service . Plus the bed base was very noisy i soon we get up the base sounds like it was made of sheets metal.

Like a motel room than a resort. Thin walls. Could hear people next door and lots of outside noises. Older design and bathroom too small. Smelled musty. Staff was polite. Place was clean. I think price was too high for value.
