I did not like anything

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $106 for half a day at your motel. Even though I explained my situation to the staff before and after I got there. I told them I just needed some rest before going back to work on Saturday evening. I still got charged an early check-in fee of $30, plus the $76 I was charged once I made a reservation online. Never again!

The house keeper's are absolutely wonderful. Wendy at the front desk is by far the most Friendly and efficient that I've ever met at either Motel 6 we've ever stayed at. She is confident and awesome.

The only thing I didn't like was that my rate changed for Friday Saturday and Sunday one day at a time.

They kept my deposit because I got the sheet dirty. And I used a wash cloth to take off my make up.

The boy working the front desk was very nice and helped me get my suitcase. The girl working the front desk when I tried to add 2 more nights to my stay was horrific!!!! I told her what I wanted to do, she made a comment that told me she hadn’t heard a thing I said, so I asked her if she hadn’t heard and she laid into me and told me I could go be rude to someone else cause she wasn’t going to extend my stay! It was hard on me because of my recent stroke, and I could hardly walk, but I managed to get my stuff back into the truck and found a MUCH better motel for about the same money!!! So really she did me a favor!!! No fleas in my bed at Red Roof Inn!!!! The floor is clean also.

I got charged TWICE and booking .com has already emailed motel 6 about a refund and they STILL haven’t processed it when I was PROMISED a refund

The clerk, Ben was helpful with each problem that came up. There was a nice pool.

First room the gave me looked like a bombed out room from a war. The water was running in the nasty bathtub and wouldn't shut off. The next room was better but you coukd see places they repaired the walls and shower that looked like a 3 year old did it. Second night I came back to my room and all the bedding was gone??? A drunk outside of my door one night. A Weed shop attached to the office building with shady scary people lined up waiting for it to open.

Nothing at all good about this place. Very disappointed.

Power outages. Staff including management was very rude and unhelpful. No customer service skills what so ever. They all need to be retrained. First and last time I ever go back there. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I don't like.

I like that it was somewhat affordable.

The area is definitely ghetto. Be prepared to see EVERYTHING.. Honestly, I was unhappy with the fact the motel isn't in great shape itself. Spiderwebs and tub needs more caulking as there is holes. But we didn't get our full deposit back due to makeup residue on a small face towel.. like really? They charged 10$ for something small like that. Never staying here again.. it was affordable that's about it.

Staff was really difficult checking out and accused me of stealing a towel that was in the room when we walked back to the room. Very unprofessional and will never rent a room here again. It's like they were trying to find any reason not to give me my deposit back. I had to argue with the staff and take more time out of my day just to walk back to room to prove nothing was missing. Very annoying.

Ben the first guy I met was very polite and pretty much educated on the running of the cpmpany
