The bathroom shower is really slippery, it was scary to take a shower so you wouldn’t fall

The location is listed as “on the beach.” It IS NOT on the beach. There is a highway between the property and the beach. It is misleading for Treasure Bay to advertise that they are on the beach.
The lobby is also at the entry to the casino. It REEKS of cigarette smoke, it’s humid and smells.

Racist employees at the Blu restaurant on the top on the casino hotel! The only gave us a half a roll of toilet paper and then wouldn't answer the phone! The sheets were damp like they put them on and they weren't completely dry! Blood stains and cigarette holes in the curtain!

Hotel was nice, especially for the price! Room was comfy.
The casino was full of smokers, so after eating and playing $20 in the slots, I smelled like and old ash tray.

The balcony, that was the only thing nice about the room because we could not enjoy staying in the room because it stunk, was hot and humid. the a/c did not get fixed and my guests did not get to sleep, they tried but after an hour of tossing and turning they went a gambled in the casino, bonus to you
room had musty smell, humid and hot. the a/c was not working and the "engineer" brought the wrong thermostat and said he would be able to make the room cold. well it was not!!!! my quest not sure why i have to give a min amount of words
