The resort was very nice. Very clean and always someone cleaning. The food was excellent. Felt very safe. The beach was excellent. Large, plenty of space.
The staff at the beach could have been more present. Waited a long time to get food or a drink. Resort should consider the flags on chairs that alert the servers to someone needing a drink.
There was not notification that there were events on the golf courses (3 days on one and 2 days on the other) which left limited opportunity for golf. These should be disclosed on the site so golfers can plan accordingly.

We only had breakfast once in the resort, we didn’t like that the omelette eggs was from a box.
We did not like the smell of the cesspool I guess that was! The smell was very bad when we went walking every day.

confused by umbrella on beach?? $??? wish I would have know ahead that we could enjoy beach before 4 pm check in.

The pool chairs and beach chairs are very confusing. We had no idea if we had the rent them or what. Had an hour wait on pool chairs????

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive and the facility was very clean. Our room was very nice with all the amenities we needed. The resort overall is gorgeous!
The pool is much too small for the size of the complex. Not enough chairs or space for the amount of people and it wasn't even peak season! It would have been nice to have an adult only pool as well.

Ideally the bedroom and lounge area with sofa bed would be separated for some privacy but that's a design issue, not a facilities issue.

Beach and ocean was beautiful
Small room, not updated overlooking the Maintainance department /tennis courts. Charge you $75 for two beach chairs. $700 a night. Cofee in room is horrible, no bathtub and kind of small
Bed. Pillows were bad and restaurant was not good. Spoiled grouper tacos. Food was not good and $145 for lunch. Pick a better spot.
