Nothing
Bed sheets had not been changed, found stains, dirt, and chip crumbs. Carpet was not vacuumed and dresser and night stand had not been wiped clean. Bathroom floor was not swept or mopped. This was the second room we were moved to after the first room was not clean. I will never recommend this motel to anyone!! We didn't stay and went to another motel nearby. Now I'm waiting to see if Booking.com will refund my money. I wish I could show more photos, it will only let me do one, I put the other photos under the other categories.

airport shuttle driver not very friendly and did not explain that multiple stops would occur prior to the shuttle to airport

Great staff. 4 AM breakfast. Accommodating shuttle service,
Room smelled smoky. Needed two remotes to operate TV. Tub had hard water stains. Reading light switch not functioning properly. Pool closed. ATM not working. Back door keyless entry not working.

It was close to the airport
They didn’t have a phone in the room
They didn’t have a trash can
They didn’t have a toilet paper roller, the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet.
My flight came in at 1:10 a.m.
By the time I got my luggage and got out front there wasn’t a shuttle to the hotel, I called the said they stopped the shuttle at 1:15, and it was 1:30. That I would need to call a taxi. I am a senior citizen traveling with my 10 yr old granddaughter.

I didn’t stay because the bathroom was dirty and I saw a roach on the dresser so I left to find a cleaner place

What extra services? There were none. Nor were there basic amenities
Breakfast was very poor. Coffee pot was always empty, orange juice watered down. Loaf of bread wasn’t appealing. Didn’t trust anything to be fresh.

The staff plus I didn't get any of my Wyndham points for the 6 days that I stayed Plus after I stay I get a informant that I have a get a notice from you guys saying that if I stay two nights my third night is free and I haven't even gotten any points except for one of the nights that I was there

mold on shower curtain. breakfast was minimal. charged $150 deposit that won’t come off my card for 2 days.

The location was great.
I use to stay here often when traveling from Indiana. It’s definitely not as well kept. The lobby couch had a hole in it and was really dirty. Upon my arrival there was a homeless person with blankets sitting at the front end of the property. The smoke detector was not in the ceiling just the wires hanging down. The lamp shade was dirty and neither lamp was working those located on the old nightstand between the beds. Lastly there were coffee cups on the table but no coffee maker. I paid 80 dollars for one night and 70 for the other. The room did not include a microwave or fridge as well.

Pillows flat and hard. No water pressure. Loud guests. Tile in front of tub wasn't grouted and moved around

Friendly staff
Dirty, things broke, no hair dryer, no conditioner, no soap, no in room microwave and had to find a room with refrig. The breakfast brunch was terrible, only thing good was the waffles A pipe broke on 2nd night of stay and at 7:30 pm the fire department stated we had packed up and go to another hotel. That hotel the next morning had no hot water so unable to shower. A terrible 2 day experience.
