Location was perfect. Didnt realize how close the sports complex was from there. Our kid had football so it was just a perfect place. Rooms were clean. AC was cold. Shower was warm. All was good for a one night stay.
Lol the room felt like half the size especially with a whole was being a mirror almost. Well a tinted one. Like one of those one way mirrors they use in interrorgation rooms lol. Me and the kids had to try the mirror trick.

Kostenlose Eiswürfel, Dusche funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr Bequeme Betten. Netter und freundlicher Empfang. Steckdosen da, wo man sie braucht.
Wer gern in Schwimmbad geht; direkt gegenüber ist eines.
TV ging nicht --> no Signal, Zu Essen bekommt man nichts in der Nähe.

The area was great and the price.

The parking was horrible if you had a big truck hard to park .
Was given a handicap bathroom and did not have shower curtains or a regular shower head

Location was perfect for the swim championships across the street. Room quite "micro" but actually all we needed. Bed was comfortable.
5 of the 10 wall plates in the room were so "wide-holed" that any plug put in them didn't stay! Had to charge phones in bathroom; fortunately we didn't have a whole gamut of electronic devices. Breakfast was non-existent; horrible burritos, no fruit, very little offered. Either don't offer breakfast or don't call it a continental breakfast. Windows blocked some of the highway noise, but we'd hate to hear what it would have been like, had we wanted the windows open! Would be nice to have ice maker/water on each floor, instead of just downstairs. Price of room a little high for what we got.

The location was very convenient to hop back on the 101 Freeway. Staff was very accommodating. Facility was clean and well kept.
The breakfast was disappointing. Only pre-packaged items. No eggs, no cereal, no yogurt. Not really breakfast.

Poor communication from the Hotel.
Failed to respond to my messages prior to arrival.
Cancelled and charged my card after I had followed their communication policy.
Failed to respond to booking.com after escalation.

Staff was friendly
There was a dirty sock on the floor in the room when we got there. The shower was falling apart and we saw a roach in the shower.

Airco and wifi worked
Bed wasn't cleaned, had stains. Got upgraded to a better room: same problem, bed was made but had stains so housekeeping probably doesnt put clean sheets on every time a guest checks out and the bed still looks sort of clean.
New room also had a folded towel...with stains.

wasn’t as clean, bathrooms - shower wasn’t clean, we used a towel to stand on in shower. toilet seat doesn’t stay up, it’s too close to wall the counter pushes the seat down.

Breakfast was not good
The guest above our room were really noisy and did not quite down even after several calls to the front desk

Reception was friendly and easy access to freeway.
Maid service not concerned about cleanliness. we found a q-tip on the floor of the closet. also upon arrival (3pm) there were bags of trash in the hallway and when we left the next day (11am) they were still there. room was really small.

The ladies at work at the front desk were very friendly and helpful except for one.
When I 1st got there to check in there's a lady that was very rude and unfriendly, I talked to a couple that checked in they told me the same thing she was very rude, I'd myself think she doesn't like her job that's why she's the way she is, I found out her name it was Adriana.
She called me on the phone while I was at work and she was rude on the phone as well wouldn't listen what I have to say about payment.
I'm a 3rd party safety manager at travels all over the country for Johnson and Johnson I spent one month in that hotel and I have another month to ago but I decided to move out to another hotel.
We had 3 days of rolling blackouts
