Friendly staff, good sized room, comfortable beds. OK breakfast

Shabby and not in a chic way. Huge crack in entryway up the wall across the ceiling. Looks like renovation paint job started over the window and stopped. Furniture chipped, tile missing in bathroom. Room next to elevator, heard every door open and close in hall.

Location was fine and the breakfast was good

The room I was given had not been cleaned. The card keys did not work well. There were several clients that were complaining about the same thing at the front desk. The desk clerk was very helpful in switching my room and accompanying me to the room to get the key to work initially but it was a constant problem to get my key to work

Customer service was excellent 👍. Room was clean and staff are the best. #1 in my books.

Breakfast was standard prepared items. Only fruit being Apples and oranges whole. Suggest Bob's Red mill oatmeal as it is healthier than Quaker. Potatoes on Sunday nice to use with gravy for those gluten free/ avoiders. No green tea or mint which would be great. More variety from day to day on choices also if possible. Remember many avoid dairy, gluten and sugars.

Stairs not vacuumed in 3 days there. Shower tub drained very slowly. Microwave express keypad did not work. Exterior upkeep could use a little more daily attention.
