I didn't stay due to not being in a safe area, Booking.com had no way of being contacted now I'm fighting to get my money back. The room smelled it was located where you can easily buy drugs. Extremely a shady area not good for a women being by herself I felt very unsafe.

Upon check in we could not check in without paying a 40.00 early check in fee ànd the front desk clerk / owners was rude and tried to make my daughter get out of the car when I went to look at the one room that was ready. The hotel price was over priced for the rooms that we had. We had to have one room was on one side of the motel and the other side. One smoking and one non smoking. I asked for rooms next to each other and both non smoking. There was roaches in both rooms and on the blankets were sticky stuff so we had to not use them and when I brought what was wrong with the rooms I was intimidated by the way that the entire family acted . We had to stay in the parking lot until 9am and we arrived at 5am and when the front desk person that spoke the best English then said that he didn't need us in the car waiting and offered us one king room at a 75.00 more per night and the early check in fee. When I refused he became aggravated. Our key cards kept being deactivated and I had to constantly get them reactivated. On the smoking is where my 17 yes old was there was banging on the on the walls for the entire stay. The owners stayed in the space between the rooms and made it their house. My daughter's room window to the bathroom had no lock on it and could be opened from the outside so we had to use a tray to wedge it closed. On the ads for this motel it said that there were renovations that were made and looked completely different than the ad stayed. I could go on but I do have to say that now my 11yr old won't sleep in his room at home now and he had to hold my and my daughter's arm to sleep. He was completely scared and so was my daughter. I won't give this motel and sds or anything from booking.com due to all of the problems and it would be nice if I could get partial money back because of the pain and suffering that my kids and I had to endure the time that we stayed in the motel.

To much $ for what you get ,it's old and run down wouldn't recommend to anyone our ac was a wall mount very loud you can't sleep ,this place is terrible.

I did not like anything about the stay!

The lobby was not clean and the people at the desk were not helpful. The room was small, sheets stained, shower leaked, I was woke up at 11PM to the smell of lighter fluid, people next door were lighting a grill and cooking outside my bathroom window. I asked about the internet I could not log into!! I went to the desk for assistance and was promtly told no dogs allowed in the lobby, and the attendent could not understand english?? The coffee pot was dirty and I never located a place for breakfast? This motel is a mess and should be colosed by the Sierra Vista Health Department. Oh well you get what you paid for! I did not stay the 2nd. night booked and checked out before leaving disatisfied, I paid for the 2nd night and did not ask for a refund I just wanted out.

The motel was located near the place I was supposed to be at that day.

I did not care for the $20 early check-in fee. I noticed a few small bugs Sunday morning when I turned on the light.
