The rooms were clean and beautifully remodeled.

It would be great if you guys had a continental breakfast or at least coffee for your guests.

The room was newly renovated and we were the first ones to stay in it since the remodel. I loved the look and bed was really comfortable. Cannot beat the price and it's a great location.

Bed made a popping noise when you got it and out of it. Once you were in for the night ready to sleep no noise. Still some paint tape and dirt from remodel. We cleaned it up easily enough the first day so are room was great the rest of our stay.

The owner was very nice. I called to see if we could check in early as I had miscalculated our arrival time due to the time change. He was willing to accommodate us and that spoke volumes to us.

It was obvious that the units were being remodeled so that was not an issue however, the floors were not swept and the bathroom door was filthy with dirty possibly muddy hand prints.

The room was ultra modern. You would not guess that from the exterior, but the room was great.

No problem i will be staying here anytime im in Newport.

The numbers on the doors are rusty and need to be changed. It made the place look unkempt.

The room looked like it had been recently updated. Was very clean and a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. From the outside I certainly wasn't expecting the quality inside.

We've stayed here many times and have enjoyed it for the location and affordability. The rooms were dated but comfortable. We just stayed again the the updated rooms are so nice and clean! New everything. I almost didn't want to review this little gem but it's our go to every time we go to Newport.

The driveway in and out aren't the best, especially the exit to 101.

Location and price. Staff is always nice too!

Loud due to the highway, would definitely request a room facing the hospital next time. Also had people trying to start their car outside our room for multiple hours over 2 days super early. Not the hotels fault but weird and annoying!!
