Overall very solid hotel with helpful staff. Close to UCSB, IV, and the ocean
Like anything else in Santa Barbara: way overpriced.

Location is great, grounds are well kept
Noise. There is no insulation at all between rooms. Guests party with doors open well into the night and staff does not intervene.

It is a beautiful property. The rooms are very nice.
It was a struggle to get into the internet. I wish Marriott would just give free internet. Also, I don’t like paying for parking

Parking is additional, pool not clean, long wait to check in, no complimentary breakfast and very limited and very expensive food choices

Location! Clean and spacious room. Quiet and safe area.
Breakfast was Ok. Pricey in comparison to the portion of food received. We cannot understand the need to charge quest a parking fee.

Loud annoying foot traffic clearly audible with every step the person above us took. Really ruined our overall experience.

Convenient to UCSB and the airport, less so to downtown Santa Barbara. Perfectly fine hotel - exactly what you'd expect from a Courtyard.

Room 204, was right above either maintenance room or a laundry room. There was non stop noise all throughout the night. I traveled with my wife and two kids, none of us were able to get any sleep at all.

My booking has breakfast included. But the front desk can’t find it and eventually she gave me $10 coupons to use in their cafe because I paid $10 in advance during booking.
