Even seeped thru into our room. 1st room the bed had people hair in it, which we did get transferred to another room which was clean but we could hear stomping all thru the day and night which was hard to sleep or enjoy our stay. Hallway carpet was really dirty. Seen a cleaning staff every morning but never seen nor heard them vacuuming and I had a 2 week stay. Seemed like a hotel where people went to do drugs. had someone knock on my door 3 times looking for someone. opened the door the first time so he new that person he was looking for was not there.

Good location...the breakfast was so little as to not consider it even a snack. Is near several restaurants + a SHEETS, so finding real breakfast was easy. The price was right at $100 for 1 person, and it was available and fit my need.

I'm a building inspector & former contractor. The construction, between rooms & floor/ceiling, has zero sound reduction...Even the slightest noises can be heard. The night desk clerk looked like he just got out of prison...scary tattoos, etc. but he behaved decently. Maintenance of guest rooms was "fair" only.

Good location close to everything you can imagine

Pure dump. My room 312, phone handset missing cord to telephone, didn't matter cause the phone didn't work. Alarm clock was broken. Desk lamp was bent and broken and didn't work. Apparently someone had a dog in the room because the lowest drawer in the dresser was full of dog food. Microwave was filthy and rusty. Apparently someone over loaded the plugs in the room as they were all burnt. Entire room in general was very dirty, floors, mirrors, dressers and drawers filthy. It's like they wiped the table tops with a paper towel but left soda or whatever sticky residue everywhere. This is supposed to be a Wyndham property, they need to REPLACE THE ENTIRE STAFF, they are not doing basically anything but taking a paycheck

Everything. It was dirty. Roaches crawling on the walls. Smoke in the hallways. Floors was wet for some reason. Furniture in the room was filthy. I left and went to another hotel.

Very uninviting, and for a non-smoking hotel, it reeked of smoke. The hallways were dingy and filthy. When we finally got to our room, the key worked, but the door didn't open. At that point, we went back to the front desk and canceled the booking. Worst experiences ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The location has roaches,bad plumbing ,blood on the sheets in the second room, the first room the Tv didn’t work and roaches crawling, the second room blood on the sheets and the tub was stopped up also bad Wi-Fi 😏 this is the worst hotel I have stayed in and I had booked for two days obviously big mistake because after the discoverings they would not refund my money for the second day if I canceled. NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY

They have a lot of roaches, they dont clean the back of the toilet neither the bath tub The Kitchen didnt have Walter or napkins

When walking into the hotel it small like cigarette smoke. Carpet is dirty and needed to be Vaccum.The same trash bag was there when I arrived and check out.Upon entering the room it look a little nice.The room was dusty and the irony board had a burnt iron stain on it. I had to clean off the fixtures in the room and lamp shades.There also was a roach in the room.

Non smoking room and hall smelled like smoke. Had to ask 5 times and wait 7 hours to get towels for my room. The free breakfast has been indefinitely suspended because of COVID. The elevator was out of order and probably has been for some time and not likely to repaired any time soon. And the staff wasn’t the mostly friendly or customer centric; I felt like a bother and inconvenience to them.

I stayed from Friday to Sunday. My room was never cleaned. I didn't get fresh towels. The television didn't work properly. Curtian hooks were missing so I couldn't block the sun form shining into the room.

There was no breakfast offered even though the ad said there was one available.

There was construction done all night in the room above, the toilet ran all night,the tub faucet leaks,floors were sticky, would not use again as cost was a little high for the location.

Desk clerk keep guests waiting to check in while he talked on cell phone outside 30 minutes. TV did not work in room. Furniture in room was stained and dirty.
