Location was beautiful.

There were bugs, it was noisy most of the night with children running around unsupervised. Would be nice to have more children friendly activity on property.

The location was exactly what we wanted. The pool was great. Access to beach was great.

Someone was smoking weed and cigerattes below us which prevent us from sitting on the baloney. We reported it three times to management. They said since they could not see who was doing it they couldn't do anything about it. I think since it is stated everywhere that it is a smoke free environment they should be able to do something.

It’s beautiful with ocean views, great water pressure in showers and spacious for a family of 5. Everything you need in a home is there for your convenience!

A pesky inventory sheet that would make sense for a long stay but for a short stay it seemed unnecessary. Counting forks and hangers instead of relaxing from a long drive was frustrating but the scenery quickly made up for it ;-) The office said no rush on it but honestly you can’t help but feel you need to do it right away or possibly be held accountable for something. I think the hotel staff should check it beforehand but perhaps too many items have gone missing in the past and they have no choice but to handle it this way.

I liked everything.. Turtle Reef is my favorite place to stay when we're in Jensen Beach. Clean, welcoming and right on the beach.

The location was so incredible, the view within steps out either door, the balconies! Especially thoughtfulness of the deck and the water to rinse on the way back in.

Dirty, dusty place that no one ever cleans! We checked in at 6:30pm, and nobody was working. Got keys from lock box and found out our AC was not working, neither a fan. Had to call the help line. Finaly, maintenance came before 9pm. He told me he knew about ceiling fan and told us to move next door. My kids were already screeming, because it was way pass their bed time. Our new room was cold only that day, the rest of the stay it didn’t get lower than 76. Both of the rooms were dusty and dirty and smelled like old dirty house. I had hair on the toilet, in my bed, there was so much dust under the tv like nobody ever cleaned it. There were roaches in the kitchen. So gross!! I had to clean everything at 10pm, because there was no maintenance. There is black mold on the closet doors. In the morning, when I checked in, the receptionist was not much surprised about roaches. They gave us 20% discount, but it should have been much more. We were happy to leave home to our clean house P.S: I added 11 pictures but for some reason I don’t see ll of them posted. Especially all the roaches- running and dead and the dust. Hopefuly it will show so you can sed the reality.
